Seaesta Komodo Hotel & Hostel is looking for a hands-on Head Chef to lead our busy all-day kitchen (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
We're a lively venue with an international bar & rooftop restaurant and a strong social atmosphere — the kitchen plays a huge role in the guest experience.
Your role
You'll be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality food while leading the team through fast-paced services. You'll work closely with management to keep standards high, costs controlled, and the vibe positive.
What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef ready for the next level, or Head Chef
• Experience in a high volume kitchen
• Strong organisation, leadership and calm under pressure
• Solid understanding of cost control & kitchen systems
• Passion for great food, consistency & teamwork
• Good communication in English is a plus
• Practical and adaptable — comfortable working with a simple, efficient kitchen setup
