Human Resources Manager – Female Clothing Brand (Legian) — High And Low Headhunters

One of our clients, an Australian concept brand for female clothing, showcasing pleats and colour is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and people-focused professional with extensive experience in human resources management. They should excel in developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. The candidate possesses strong communication and leadership skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation and address employee concerns with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in HR software, knowledge of labour laws, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential. Responsibilities
• Create and implement HR strategy, company rules, and SOPs.
• Develop and implement a performance assessment system (KPI).
• Manage and oversee the renewal process for Expat Employee Visas, Kitas, and Passports.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Identifying training, organising employee training programs.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and Managing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Creating initiatives to boost employee morale and measuring and improving employee engagement.
• Ensuring the organisation follows all employment laws and regulations and upholding ethical standards in HR practices.
• Manage the registration, updates, and termination of employees’ BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Ensure timely and accurate BPJS contributions in compliance with regulations and update policies in line with regulatory changes.
• Provide support to employees regarding their BPJS rights and obligations, and handle claims when necessary.
