Are you a motivated individual with solid managerial experience searching for a unique career opportunity? Our client is a non profit organisation who rescues animals in Bali and cares for them at a brand new healing clinic. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate must be an animal lover and will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the day-to-day activities of the healing clinic. The key responsibilities include managing teams and developing and implementing operational strategies.
Syarat Pekerjaan

Requirements :

- Local candidate only.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in clinic operations / hospital management / similar position.
- Good experience with managing multiple projects.
- Presentable, engaging and takes initiative.
- Proven experience in managing and improving operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Team player at all times.

Responsibilities :

- Manage all staff related tasks at the clinic.
- Develop job descriptions, employment contracts, employee performance reviews, staff schedules, payroll, and all other matters relating to the management of the team.
- Overseeing staff from all aspects – Schedule, Training, Presentation, Behaviour.
- Manage Clinic Operations ( Monthly, Quarterly, Mid, Yearly ) focusing on Clinic Growth, Patient Experience & Satisfaction, Quality Management ( SOP and Policies, implementing clinic policies.
- Inventory control / Budgeting / Dialoguing with suppliers – Food, medical, cleaning materials.
- Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of animal transport vehicles, garden machinery, petrol, electricity, internet, CCTV.
- Basic bookkeeping – petty cash for suppliers with receipts from staff / maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- Organising schedule for animals – vet appointments, vaccinations, sterilisation.
- Managing client relations – Guests, Fosters, Adopters.
- Updating animal medical records daily.
- Developing newsletter / promotion / advertising initiatives with PR Department.
- Ensure reminder WA, new client letters, etc are sent on time.
- Analyse current performance and identify areas for new opportunities.
- Create and implement various programs to increase client engagement and satisfaction.
- Work together with other internal teams.
- Maintain a good communication with vets, specialist vets as key partners of The Healing Centre.
- Drive a community environment with core values of accountability, compassion, integrity, and transparency – becoming an advocate of these values in your day to day and across the charity.
