Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with a passion for real estate searching for a fresh career opportunity? One of Bali’s buzzing property management groups is looking for a Senior Legal to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on all matters related to real estate transactions, property, and development. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate law and a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory environment governing real estate operations. Responsibilities
• Provide expert legal counsel on real estate transactions, property management, leasing agreements, land use, and zoning laws, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property management, acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
• Identify potential legal risks in property transactions and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate liabilities.
• Handle legal disputes and conflicts related to property management, representing the company in negotiations and, if necessary, litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence for property acquisitions, reviewing titles, leases, zoning issues, and any other legal concerns.
• Ensure that the company’s property management operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including land use and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance, operations, and business development to provide legal input on strategic projects.
• Prepare and present regular legal reports and updates to senior management regarding ongoing cases, risks, and legal outcomes.
• Liaise with external legal firms, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective legal support for business operations.

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law degree (JD or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of experience in real estate law, ideally within a corporate legal department or a law firm specialising in real estate.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, property management, leasing, land use law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Proven ability to handle complex transactions and legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with keen attention to detail to identify potential risks and ensure legal compliance.
• Ability to work independently, manage legal processes, and provide strategic legal advice.
