• Serve as the primary point of contact (PIC) for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.
• Conduct discussions and consultations with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions using a working knowledge of IT.
• Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities (upselling and cross-selling) within the existing client base to help meet and exceed company targets.
• Prepare, update, and present regular reports on account status, project progress, and client satisfaction levels to management.
• Proactively address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships.
• FEMALE
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field. Graduates in Communications, Business Management, or Information Systems are a plus.
Preferably Female.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or in Customer Relations preferred; highly motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Information Technology, familiarity with common tech terminology, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems or software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and business negotiation abilities.
• Strong professional demeanor and business etiquette when representing the company in client-facing situations.
• Proactive, self-assured, organized, and target- driven with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
