- Create & execute content plan, which includes caption & scenario
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve content creation skills
- Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future content strategies.
- Create and publish engaging content in all platforms
- Create and update monthly content reports
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years experience, preferably in beauty industry
- Creative thinking, social media savvy, and good communication skills
- Familiar with editing software such as CapCut, CV, Adobe Premier Pro, and others
- Familiar with trends and target market
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Willing to work fully ONSITE in North Jakarta
