- Focus managing communities to increase the acquisition & retention
- Daily push linked Bank and transaction Mex 10 per day
- Maintain exisiting and new agent to be active and productive
- Education to all segment agent on area focus both online or offline
- Update competitior activity and price market
- Create local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue and GMV
- Daily report to leader about the day activity area

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Focusing candidate who have experience on handling community selling
- Good sales skill
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Having minimum 1 year experience in field sales
- Expert on the area focus
- Willing and commit on field sales and high mobility
- Minimum education SMK with strong related experience (not open for FG)
