- Responsible for ensuring that all drivers and vehicle are ready to operate in the specified work area
- Responsible for making instructions and decisions to drivers in their work
- Responsible for making operational reports and evaluations to the client regarding the condition of the vehicle and driver
- Responsible for coordination every time
- Take charge of investigations that look into customer complaints concerning product delivery and other transportation associated issues
- Having 1-2 years of experience in a Transport company
- Knowledge of the procedures and modes of transportation for a corporate client
- Knowledge of basic customer service procedures
- Able to use Microsoft Office and create work reports
- Minimum education SMA/SMK with related experiences
