Job Desc:
- Operational Support: Provide exceptional operational support to Account              Managers, assisting them in resolving issues promptly and ensuring a seamless      experience for our commercial merchants.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights into            industry  trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Translate this    research into actionable recommendations for our clients.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and      implement process improvements that enhance operational excellence, efficiency,  and customer satisfaction.
Syarat Pekerjaan

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Experience in account management, customer support, or a related field in the commercial merchant industry.
- Familiarity with the commercial merchant landscape, including industry players, challenges, and opportunities.
- Experience with Ms Office and Google Workspace is desired.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support to our commercial merchants.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends, deriving meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
