Job Description:
- Fully responsible for managing driver activities and events in order to increase drivers productivity and engagement level.
- Operating this will need discipline and expected to be strategic and understanding the potential area/ channel for acquiring potential drivers
- Maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area

Syarat Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Minimum D3, ideally from System Information or Industrial Engineering
- 2 years experience in operational administration for fleet management (e.g., Car Rent services company, Public Transportation company) or Logistic company with
- Proficient in using laptop, Office (especially Excel/GSheet) / Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, MySQL
- English intermediate skills would be an advantage
