About the Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person.
