1. Monitor the entire network and ISP service infrastructure
2. Escalate issues to the relevant teams according to established procedures
3. Prepare incident reports daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation
1. Male, Single (Max 26 years old)
2. Min. Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's degree (S1) or Equivalent
3. Experienced in the field of Networking
KNOWLEDGE + SKILL:
1. Basic knowledge of networking
2. Proficient in using network monitoring tools such as PRTG, Observium, LibreNMS, or similar platforms
3. Able to conduct first-level analysis and troubleshooting of network disruptions
4. Works well under pressure and demonstrates quick response to network incidents
5. Comfortable working with email and MS. Office tools (Word, Excel. Outlook, etc.)
6. Disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly proactive
7. Fluent in spoken and written Indonesian with correct usage
8. Good command of English, both verbally and in writing
9. Willing to work in a 24/7 shift system, including holidays and weekends
10. Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
