• Define, develop, & implement strategic marketing & business plan for the brand in FMCG industry
• Create & execute marketing campaigns that effectively increase awareness and understanding of the brand which leads to conversion & sales
• Manage comprehensive market analysis & consumer research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, & preferences regarding household cleaning products
• Collaborate with Marketing Communication, Design, Social Media, & Sales team to create promotional materials that align with the brand's strategy
• Write regular report regarding to evaluate marketing & campaign performance, also recommendations for improvements & further development
Syarat Pekerjaan

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in marketing, communication, or related field
• Proven min. 2 years of working experience in Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role
• Have a strong analytical skills, strategic & data-driven thinking partnered with a creative mind (the wild ones would be A BIG PLUS)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, as well as good presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Up to date with the latest trends regarding to marketing best practices
• Able to do WFO at West Surabaya
