Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Conduct recruitment, selection, and interviewing
• Ensure employee needs are met according to user qualifications
• Conduct data collection activities from onboarding to offboarding employees
• Ensure employee data is complete and updated
• Location : Jakarta & Bali

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Minimum education is Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Human Capital or Human Resources.
• Deep understanding of employment regulations in Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and proactive.
• Have basic knowledge of Psychology test equipment administration
• Having skills in graphology is a plus point
• Willing to relocate
