Job responsibility
2.1 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2.2 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
2.3 Manage the recruitment and selection process
2.4 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
2.5 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
2.6 Nurture a positive working environment
2.7 Maintain pay plan and benefits program
2.8 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
2.9 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
2.10 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Essential Professional Experience
3.1 2 years of experience in an HRD role preferably in a similar industry
3.2 Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

Skill
4.1 Proven working experience as HRD
4.2 People oriented and results driven
4.3 Demonstrable experience with Human Resources
4.4 Knowledge of HR systems and databases
4.5 Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
4.6 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
4.7 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Qualification
5.1 Maximum ages 38 years old
5.2 Bachelor’s degree in Psycology
5.3 Proven work experience as a HRD
5.4 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
5.5 Degree in Human Resources or related field
5.6 A team player with high level of dedication
5.7 Ability to work under strict deadlines
