Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Plan, create, optimize, evaluate, develop, and optimize ads campaigns
- Run ads on marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, E-Commerce Ads (Shopee & Tokopedia), etc.
- Control ROI and ROAS
- Compile data reports and provide analysis of ads campaign activities conducted every month
- Formulate, provide ideas, briefs, and strategies for ad content, and optimize ad materials
- Scale up digital ads budget while maintaining performance
- Create and optimize landing pages, whether on WordPress or other platforms

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the digital ads industry
- Proficient in digital ads platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, E-Commerce ads, etc.)
- Able to create landing pages on WordPress
- Sensitive to and understanding of data, and accustomed to making decisions based on metrics
- Experienced with a minimum daily campaign budget of Rp 3,000,000 for one campaign with a ROAS above 2x
- Proficient in SEM tools (search console, tag manager), and knowledgeable in SEO strategy
