Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- This role will be responsible for ensuring accounting accatacy and complance, as well as providing clear group-level consolidated financial reporting to senior stakeholders. The person should have a track scord of sciving financial accounting challanges and driving proces Improvements within orgarizations Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Evaluare current financial processes, systems, and reporting to identiry areas for improvement. Cleanup and Remediation:
- Establish strategies and collaborate with internal teams to address issues, including accounting reconciliarion, rectifying of financial discrepancies and streamlining of reporting processes. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Consolidate financial reports from mutiple business units Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and laws (c.g, GAAR IFRS, tax regulations)

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Proven experience in financial accounting, auditing, or corporate finance, in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, advanced degree (e.g. MBA, CPA) preferred.
- Strong knowiedae of accounting principles, inancial reporting Standards, inier nal control frameworks and regulations (eg. GAAP, IFRS).
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in Exces for minancial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Technologically and a digitally savvy
- Dynamic self starter: able to initiate and implement projects independenty
- Efficient in a fast-paced ervironment
- Effective communication skills to relay complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

- Spoken languages: English and Bahasa Indonesia (business level proficiency for both)
- Experience in forensic accounting
- Working experience at international hotel chains and/or familiarity with hotel USALI accounting standards.
