- Provide and analyze financial reports for management, recommending subsequent actions.
- Conduct financial data analysis, including costs, pricing, sales results, and the company's actual financial progress compared to business plans.
- Review and evaluate opportunities for reducing operational costs.
- Oversee the FAT department operations, setting goals and objectives, and designing frameworks to achieve them.
- Coordinate with various departments to discuss company plans and provide advice to the FAT department.
- Ensure the company adheres to good Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
- Minimum education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or relevant experience in the FAT field.
- At least 5 years of experience in FAT (specifically in Finance) and 2 years of experience leading a FAT team.
- Experience in FAT, Data Analysis, Treasury, Banking, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical skills, time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in FAT software (e.g., Accurate, MyOB).
- Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure proper financial processes are implemented.
- Keeping up-to-date with FAT trends and relevant laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Professional qualifications such as Brevet A, B, and C are an added advantage.
