- Supervise all sales activities of the sales team.
- Provide motivation and continuous training programs to the team.
- Understand the right target customers for the products.
- Coordinate and manage data collection with the sales and product teams to align sales activities.
- Manage data collection and prepare reports at the end of the month and year.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or 2 years as a sales manager, preferably in the FMCG (personal care) or related sector.
- In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong results orientation with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and the ability to address challenges in daily operations.
