Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Monitor and manage daily operations on marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak), including product verification and handling customer transactions.
- Oversee and review product listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain product quality.
- Ensure that product information and descriptions available on the platform are accurate and complete.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and respond promptly to customer input.
- Analyze transaction data and report trends and issues to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team or other departments to promote products and services on marketplace platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws in marketplace operations.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketplace administration or operations management.
- Understanding of and ability to manage advertisements and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of e-commerce and online business.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Understanding of legal regulations and rules applicable to e-commerce.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and interact effectively with sellers and buyers.
