- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Fresh Graduate or maximum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Legal
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Collaborating with people in other departments requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective collaboration involves understanding different perspectives, identifying common goals, and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Understanding the basics of law, operational issues in corporate secretariats, and management issues in companies is essential for effective business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
