We are looking for leaders who go beyond managing—individuals who can challenge the status quo, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver real business impact.
Main Responsibilities :
• Conduct quality inspections of footwear materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform inline, final, and AQL inspections at supplier/factory locations.
• Identify and classify footwear defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Communicate quality issues and follow up on corrective actions (CAPA).
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues.
• Monitor supplier/factory quality performance.
• Support supplier audits and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Suppliers.
• Support initiatives to reduce defects and improve footwear quality.
• Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Footwear Technology, Textile Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within the footwear manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of footwear materials, construction, production processes, and quality standards.
• Familiar with AQL, inline, and final inspection. Able to identify and analyze footwear defects.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to travel for supplier/factory inspections in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
• Home-based in Surabaya.
