We are innovating the future of agriculture through sustainable, seaweed-based solutions and are looking for a dedicated and hands-on R&D Officer to support our biosolutions innovation. If you are passionate about sustainable agriculture, marine biology, and creating real-world impact from the lab to the farm, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities :
• Design, execute, maintain, and analyze Zentide's test plots, and research facility as internal agronomist.
• Biostimulant feedstock and seaweed cultivation research.
• Desk research for on-going projects.
• Work directly with the R&D Specialist to assist in laboratory trials, formulation, and report writing.
• Assist R&D division in the end-to-end product research process for Kaylix and future innovations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Agriculture, Biology/Aquaculture, Agronomy/Horticulture, Biotechnology, or a related STEM field.
• Previous hands-on experience in agricultural/aquaculture research or product development. (Experience specifically with seaweed/agronomic trials/fertilizers/microbiology is a plus).
• Excellent ability to conduct end-to-end research & statistical for analysis research using statistical tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative.
• Driver's license holder SIM A & preferably able to swim.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
