Reservation Officer (Kerobokan) — Bali Management Villas

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
3. Experience handling Airbnb or other OTA platforms is highly preferred.
4. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
7. Basic knowledge of reservation systems and online booking platforms.
8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Must be domiciled in Bali.
