Sales Executive — Sajiwa

• Male or female, maximum 35 years of age.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Building Materials, or Project Sales is an advantage.
• Possesses consultative selling skills and the ability to understand client project needs and characteristics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Capable of building and maintaining professional relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, property owners, and corporate clients.
• Knowledge of interior design, materials, construction, and interior trends is an advantage.
• Target oriented and capable of developing new business opportunities.
• Confident in conducting client presentations, site visits, project meetings, and business negotiations.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build longterm business relationships.
• Professional, possesses integrity, proactive, creative, and has strong problem solving skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to travel for business or conduct project visits as required.
