Sales Manager — Titik Dua Ubud

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality, lifestyle, or event industry, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, generate revenue, and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation.
• Established networks with wedding organizers, event planners, corporate clients, travel agents, and industry partners are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and sales strategies.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and sales reporting.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and business growth.
• Willingness to conduct sales visits, attend networking events, and work flexible hours when required.
