Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Participate in and complete all phases of the predetermined Management Trainee program.
- Prepare documents and create daily reports.
- Responsible for executing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Responsible for performing joint tasks.
- Adhere to all company regulations, safety protocols, and occupational health guidelines.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
- 1 year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Disciplined in the work environment.
- Capable of contributing to tasks with creativity, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to use a personal laptop for reporting.
- Possess a motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and can operate a motorcycle.
- Willing to be placed at the plantation site in Indragiri Hilir, Riau.
- Placement: PT Riau Sakti United Plantations (Plantation), Pulau Burung, Indragiri Hilir, Riau
