General Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Officer, Chief Security, Security Coordinator, or Parking Coordinator, preferably in a shopping mall, hotel, retail, or commercial building environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of security, safety, emergency response, and parking management procedures.
• Firm, disciplined, responsible, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a valid Gada Madya certification.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Able to coordinate effectively with the Police and relevant authorities in handling security incidents, emergencies, and special situations.
