• Maintain daily store and deli operations
• Assist and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions
• Arrange and refill product displays
• Monitor stock levels and product expiry dates
• Input daily sales data and monitor stock movement
• Perform daily cash closing and sales reconciliation
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and display standards
• Support the team with daily operational tasks
• Willing to learn about products and ingredients
• Comfortable working in a small team
• Communicate clearly with customers in English
• Must be based in or near Ubud
• Previous experience in a grocery store, café, deli, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred, but not required
• Able to communicate with customers in English
