• Supervise And Coordinate Daily Housekeeping Operations To Ensure Cleanliness, Comfort, And Soulshine Service Standards Are Consistently Maintained.
• Lead, Motivate, And Support The Housekeeping Team In Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences.
• Inspect Guest Rooms, Public Areas, And Back-Of-House Areas To Maintain High Standards Of Cleanliness And Presentation.
• Monitor Room Status And Coordinate Closely With Front Office, Engineering, And Other Departments.
• Prepare Schedules, Daily Task Assignments, And Team Briefings.
• Support Sustainability And Wellness Initiatives Aligned With The Soulshine Culture And Values.
