Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily cash receipts and payments.
• Monitor company cash balances and bank accounts.
• Process and verify payment transactions and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Monitor daily cash flow and outstanding payments.
• Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
• Prepare treasury and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and related departments.
• Maintain proper filing of treasury and payment documents.
Requirements
• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Treasury.
• Good understanding of cash management, bank reconciliation, and payment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work accurately under deadlines.
