• Develop a sales plan, based on market trends and marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives and profitability.
• Support in development and implementation of sales and marketing, as well as product development, promotion, and event.
• Monitoring and evaluating performance team for optimizing sales achievement, in the section.
• Identifying potential clients by contacting companies directly or through trade associations to introduce new products or services or gain new customers

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any majors
• At least 5 years of experience working in the Sales, Marketing & Digital Marketing position (preferably from property area)
• Proven experience developing marketing plans for selling office and commercial lots
• Excellent communication skill and broad network connection
• Placement: Cileungsi dan Sukabumi
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
