Sodexo Indonesia is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Head Office team in South Jakarta. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting the business development process to achieve growth targets.
Job Description:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
2. Approach and build relationships with prospective clients.
3. Prepare business proposals and quotations.
4. Conduct presentations and negotiate with clients.
5. Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
6. Follow up on the status of tenders, proposals, and contracts.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
8. Achieve established revenue and business growth targets.
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
2. Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Account Management.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Analytical skills and the ability to identify business opportunities.
6. Target- and result-oriented.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Willingness to travel for business or client visits when necessary.
