• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar managerial position within the hospitality, hotel, resort, villa, or luxury property industry
• Experience in a pre-opening property will be highly advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic pre-opening team
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
